Apex rebuilt its program on March 1, 2026 ("Apex 4.0"): one-time evaluation fees instead of monthly billing, a choice of EOD or Intraday trailing drawdown, no evaluation consistency rule, and a 50% consistency rule on funded Performance Accounts (PAs).
